Instagram Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions – The Proper British Bundle Competition:
Prize
The prize includes:
- The hamper picnic box.
- 6x salted Country Life Butter and 2x unsalted Country Life Butter, a cow butter dish, a Country Life serving board and butter knife and branded apron.

There will be ONLY 1 winner. The prize is as stated, and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prizes. Prizes will arrive separately and the hamper shown in the competition post is not included a prize.

Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void and will not be entered into this promotion. Entrance into the competition constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
You may enter this promotion a maximum of 1 time. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
Restrictions and requirements
Competitions are open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of the Promoter, Tiptree, Jacksons of Yorkshire and Belvoir Farms their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion. To win you must have a public Instagram account to allow the promotor to be able to send a message via Instagram. Delivery of prizes can be made to mainland addresses only.
Closing date
The closing date for receipt of entries is 6th April 2026. Entries received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.
Selection of a winner
The winner will be selected by a computer programme that generates a random result from the valid entries received during the promotion period.
Notification and announcement of the winner
The Promoter will notify the winner via an Instagram message from the official @countrylifebutterspread page only within 5 working days of the closing date. The winner will then have 48 hours to confirm that they have received the message and provide an address where they would like their prize posted to.
If the winner doesn’t respond within 48 hours a new winner will be selected from the original entrants, via the same random computer-generated method.
Once the selected winner responds to the message the winning user will be announced in the comments of the post and via an Instagram story. If you don’t want your name to be announced please let us know. Please note, if requested by the Advertising Standards Authority we will need to provide your name.
Use of personal data
Your personal data will only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the privacy policy set out below.
Liability
The Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party.
Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promotor, Jacksons Bakery, Tiptree and Belvoir Farms and accordingly, the Promotor, Jacksons Bakery, Tiptree and Belvoir Farms may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promotor, Jacksons Bakery, Tiptree and Belvoir Farms as a result thereof.

Prize Promotion Privacy policy
What personal data are you collecting?
If you enter the promotion Dairy Crest Limited trading as Saputo Dairy UK (SDUK) will collect your Instagram username and name registered with your account. If you win the prize, SDUK will collect your address in order to post your Proper British Bundle prize.
What will it be used for?
The personal data collected will only be used for administration of the promotion ie. (i) putting your entry into the computer programme that will generate the winner; (ii) contacting the winner to arrange for the prizes to be sent to them; (iii) announcing the winner on the Instagram post; disclosure to the Advertising Standards Agency if required.
What is your legal basis for processing the data?
We need it to enter into the prize draw and to contact you if you win the prize (in performance of a contract).
How long will you keep my personal data?
It will be deleted after 1 year unless we are required by law or regulation to keep a copy for longer.
