Management team

Tom held a number of senior finance positions in listed and private equity backed UK business before joining Dairy Crest Group plc in 2005. Following the acquisition of Dairy Crest by Saputo in April 2019, he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Saputo Dairy UK.

Adam joined the Company in 2002 and has held a number of senior management positions within the business. He was appointed Group Commercial Director in April 2013 and became Senior Vice President Commercial following the acquisition by Saputo.

Stephen has worked in the dairy industry for most of his career. He joined Saputo as a result of the acquisition of Warrnambool Cheese and Butter in Australia in 2014. He subsequently transferred to the UK in 2020 and was promoted to his current role in 2022.

Emilie has worked for companies such as Reckitt Benckiser, SSP Ltd and Bacardi Martini Ltd. She joined Dairy Crest in 2015 and held a number of marketing positions until her appointment as VP, Butter, Spreads & Oils in 2022.

Isobel has worked in the food and drinks industry for most of her career, with UK and Global legal roles at Nestle, Unilever and SABMiller. She joined Dairy Crest in 2012 and was appointed VP, Legal in 2023.

Chris worked in various Finance roles at Dairy Crest from 1994 until 2015 when he moved across to Muller with the sale of the Dairies business. He returned to Saputo Dairy UK as Finance Director in 2020.

Robert joined Dairy Crest in 2006 as HR Director, Dairies from The Maersk Company where he was Director of Human Resources. He was appointed to his current role in April 2013.
