We aim to support and enhance the communities in which we work and live
Giving back has always been an intrinsic part of our culture and we care deeply about the communities we serve and operate in.
Every employee is encouraged to a take up their fully paid volunteering day each year. Over the years they have supported a wide range of projects, from helping out at food banks to litter picks. It's a great way to support our local communities as well as spend time with colleagues outside of the workplace.
We are proud to be long-term supporters of The Royal Countryside Fund which exists to improve the prospects of family farm businesses and the quality of rural life.
Our community investment is focused on promoting physical activity and proper nutrition. We partner with Active Surrey to help fund The Big Cook Up - a programme which teaches children and parents how to cook nutritious and delicious meals. Find out more.
