We review our salary ranges each year through benchmarking against comparable companies to ensure that our salaries and short-term incentives remain competitive.
Our Annual Leave entitlement is 25 days plus bank holidays. Pro rata applied for part-time employees.

We offer a cycle to work scheme. Employees can save up to 47% (dependant on individual tax rate) to purchase a bike that will be used when travelling to work.
Our charity lottery is open to all UK employees by contributing £1 per week via payroll. In addition to raising money for good causes, participants are also eligible to win a cash prize every month.
