Disposal of St Hubert SAS (“St Hubert”) – disposal completed

Further to the announcements made on 29 June 2012, 26 July 2012 and 16 August 2012 the Board of Dairy Crest is pleased to confirm that the disposal of St Hubert (as detailed in the shareholder circular dated 26 July 2012) has completed today.
