Dairy Crest announces milk price for May 2018

Dairy Crest today announces that from 1st May 2018 it will reduce the milk price it pays to its Davidstow farmers by 1ppl* to 28ppl.

Chris Thomson, Group Procurement Director at Dairy Crest, said, “As the market continues to weaken, we have moved our milk price lower to ultimately ensure our brands remain competitive.

“We always aim to pay a fair, competitive price for our milk and, even with this reduction, our price remains higher than many other dairy companies.”
